National Health History Day is Next Week!

Did you know that Thanksgiving is also National Health History Day? Families often come together on this day to celebrate — it’s a also a great time to take the opportunity to talk to your extended family and gather valuable health history. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the U.S. Surgeon General have created the “My Family Health Portrait” tool to help you gather and document your family’s health history.
